I am a licensed real estate professional with over 10 years of experience in the industry, dedicated to delivering exceptional service and expertise. Beyond my career, I’m a proud father of three and a husband to my wife, Ashley.

In addition to traditional real estate, I specialize in short-term rental property management. I own and manage more than 20 Airbnb properties, generating over $1 million in annual rental income. With 900+ Airbnb guests hosted each year, I’ve maintained a Superhost status, ensuring top-tier service and guest satisfaction.

To uphold the highest standards, I partner with trusted maintenance teams for services such as cleaning, repairs, trash removal, landscaping, and more. This hands-on approach ensures every property I manage is well-maintained and exceeds expectations. 

To provide clients with seamless transactions, I’ve been invested in both a title company and a homeowners insurance company, licensed in PA and NJ, for over six years. These partnerships allow me to offer competitive rates and comprehensive solutions to help clients minimize property overhead. Ryan partnered with Jimmy Mac a couple of years ago to create the Mac & Merritt Real Estate Team. The team has earned several prestigious awards, including Best in Bucks County, the Philadelphia Inquirer’s Philly Favorites, the Triple Platinum Award from Keller Williams, and the Top 100 Agent Award from Keller Williams. Additionally, Ryan has consistently been recognized as a Top Producer by Philadelphia Magazine every year of his real estate career.

Ryan received his associate’s degree from Manor College, where he earned All-Conference, All-State, and MVP awards in soccer. He then went on to Gwynedd Mercy University, where he received his bachelor’s degree in Business.

Ryan is deeply involved in community activities, often participating in or organizing events, especially around the holidays. He focuses on bringing joy to children in the neighborhood, sponsoring local teams and creating positive experiences for kids.

Ryan is also a family man, married to Jessica, who is also a real estate agent. They have a beautiful daughter and son and love to travel as a family, with Orlando being one of their favorite destinations.
